Megan Merrick

Megan has a specialized background in Pilates, functional training, athletic performance, human nutrition, medical exercise and post-rehabilitation. She is originally from Toronto, Ontario where she completed a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University. She later pursued a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification (ACE) and is now in completing her Masters of Kinesiology at University of British Columbia.

Megan focuses on “Mindful movement, not mindless movement” in all her classes. It is her goal to try to help educate her clients on proper form and technique, as well as helping them build healthy habits and lifestyle changes that go beyond the gym setting.

She loves to challenge you with exercise that counters your everyday movements, balance your muscles, challenge you to your core and help you feel that burn.

Megan’s Classes

Arms, Butt & Core

This is a strength training class designed specifically for women. Every class has a different circuit of 3 to 4 workout stations will be setup for you to work on that class’ targeted body parts (Arms, Butts & Core!). (Learn More)


TRX is a suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Perfect way to get stronger!
