We usually recommend anyone brand new to fitness to Larissa’s class. This is because of her clear instructions and easy to follow choreography. This combination allows customers to fully execute the exercise and movements to achieve highly effective workout.

Her classes are also suitable for people who’s been working out for a long time, on their non-intense workout days.

Does Larissa teach private classes?

Yes. Larissa teaches off-site classes for medium to large corporations such as YVR.
