Anna Paula is certified in Yoga and dance Latin, Hip Hop and Contemporary Dance professionally. Not only is she awesome in all of it, but she also wants you to join in the fun!

She aims to help you consciously move your body and have a blast while you’re at it; to create awareness of yourself, and explore your body’s range of motion through different exercises, in order to achieve your maximum fitness potential!

What Can I Expect in Anna's Classes?

Anna loves dance & fitness! You can feel her passion every class.

She creates a fun, supportive, yet challenging atmosphere in her classes. She pays attention to each individual participants and help them improve their the way they perform the movements to help you achieve a better result.

In her cardio classes you can expect a combination of Latin & Hip Hop dance. And in her Barre-Pilate class you can expect carefully planned functional exercises that helps you workout those hard deep muscle layers as well as those smaller hard to reach muscles.

Who are Anna's classes suitable for?

There are 2 groups of people we usually recommend to Sonia’s class.

1. People just starting their fitness journey or is looking to sweat. Anna’s clear instructional style is easier to pick up, usually customers can start following with no problem within 2 to 3 classes

2. People looking to bring their fitness ability to the next level. Her Sunberry Body Blast is designed to challenge. You will feel good about yourself afterwards.

Does Anna teach private classes?

Yes. Anna is currently teaching private yoga and dance classes.
