What's Puppy Yoga?
This is an energetic yoga class with puppies running around you. The puppies are free to choose humans they like and explore the space while you practice yoga.
The yoga sequences are put together to be dog-friendly and to encourage dog-human interaction.
This class is beginner friendly and children friendly (6 years or older), and you get to hang out with the puppies after class.
Feel free to bring your phone or camera and take lots of photos before, during, or after class and share your photos with us! #sunberryfitness #puppyyoga
Support a Great Cause
Puppy Yoga classes are charity events in support of Second Chance In Life Foundation. They are a local non-profit organization run completely by volunteers who devote their time and passion to find homes for abandoned animals in need, with an emphasis on dogs and puppies that are abandoned from Taiwan. Proceed* of the events goes to pay for dog’s food, toys, and medical bills.
Puppies and dogs are available for adoption and fostering (not just the ones in the class). Check their full list of adoptable animals

FAQ
I see Sunberry is a women-only fitness center, can men attend this class?
Absolutely! Puppy Yoga is a special fundraiser event that we host outside of our regular operating hours. Everyone is welcomed.
What do I need to bring for this class?
Bring Yoga Mat, water & don't forget to bring your phone for photos!
Can I take photos during class?
Definitely. We encourage you to take photos & share them on social media with #puppyyoga #sunberryfitness! Just remember to turn your phone on silence 🙂
How do I get my ticket(s)?
We will have a list with everyone's name and email at sign-in at the day of the event, all you have to do is show up & present yourself 🙂
