Come & enjoy the this J-Pop & K-Pop fitness class! The Pokemon theme song will be the center piece of the class!

K-Pop Queen, Adele, has choreographed many popular game, anime, J-Pop, K-Pop songs for the occasion.
If you want to dance to those popular theme songs, this is your chance!

• This is a co-ed class. Boyfriends, husbands or just friends welcomed!

Are you as excited as Pokemon Go’s Canadian release as we are? 😀
After Julia has spent all of yesterday catching Pokemons in bed (..there so happen to be many around her house) we started thinking about how best to celebrate this occasion.

We were very glad that Adele enthusiastically jumped on board!
A J-Pop/anime themed class has been on the drawing board for almost 2 years now, but there has never been a suitable occasion until now. We are extremely excited!
