Sunberry Body Blast
Our signature class designed for women who is looking for a comprehensive fitness exercise. This class combines cardio and muscle training exercises.
You start with 15 minutes of cardio dance to warm up your body, followed by weight training to strengthen and tone your entire body: arms, butt and legs. Finally, we roll out the mat and focus on your core to tighten those abs. Come prepared to sweat & have fun.
